Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry (WARM)

Home repairs may take place outside of office hours.

WARM organizes volunteers to complete urgent repairs and accessibility upgrades for low-income homeowners.

Energy Neighbor Fund – Bill Pay Assistance
The Duke Energy Neighbor Fund assists individuals who have received either a Final Notice or a Cutoff Notice. Please visit the New Hanover County Department of Social Services, located at 1650 Greenfield St, Wilmington, for bill pay assistance. No appointment is needed.
